  • German AK Separation Science Travel Grants

    The German AK Separation Science has decided to support HPLC 2024 with up to 10 student travel grants. Applicants can apply by writing to Dr. Martin Vogel (martin.vogel@uni-muenster.de), currently head of the board of directors. More information is or will become available via the webpage of the AK Separation Science here. 

    The deadline to apply is June 30, 2024.

  • Chromatography Forum of the Delaware Valley (USA) Travel Grant Award

    Graduate students in the United States will be considered with preference to students located in the Greater Delaware Valley Region. To apply, please “opt-in” for consideration when submitting your abstract to the conference.

  • DAC-Subdivision of Chromatography and Separation Science (SCSC) of the ACS Div. of Analytical Chemistry Travel Grant Award

    Graduate students in the United States will be considered. To apply, please “opt-in” for consideration when submitting your abstract to the conference.

  • Chinese American Chromatography Association (CACA) Awards

    CACA invites applications for awards to recognize student research excellence in separation science. These awards include one Dr. Andrew Alpert Memorial Award for Student Excellence and two HPLC conference Travel Grant awards. 

    Eligibility:

    All awards are open to students in separation science attending HPLC 2024 Denver. There are no restrictions on national origins or locational preferences.

    Application Procedure:

    A cover letter summarizing the applicant’s contributions to the field of separation science, including names/contact info of two references and a headshot photo, plus a resume of academic credentials, work experience, and a publication list. Please send the application package as a single PDF file to CACAawards2024@gmail.com. The candidates can self-nominate or be nominated by their mentors. 

    Awards and Recognition:

    The top candidate will receive the Dr. Andrew Alpert Memorial Award  ($1000 and customized plaque) sponsored by PolyLC, founded by Dr. Alpert. Travel Grants (each $500) will be presented to the two runners-up. The awards will be presented at CACA’s networking dinner on Monday, July 22, 2024. The awardees must be present to receive the awards.

    Submission Deadline:

    June 30, 2024, and notification by the CACA’s Award Committee by July 15, 2024. 

  • The Division of Analytical Chemistry Travel Grant Awards

    The Division of Analytical Chemistry will fund two scholarships worth 500 euros each for young Italian researchers who will have an abstract accepted for the HPLC 2024 congress, which will take place in Denver, Colorado, USA, from July 20 to July 25, 2024 (hplc2024-symposium.org).

    To participate in the selection, it is necessary to:
     

    1) be students, doctoral candidates, research fellows, or scholarship holders at universities (RTDA and RTDB are excluded);
    2) be under 35 years old as of March 27, 2024.
    3) apply using this link.

    Interested individuals are required to submit their application by March 27, 2024, to the President of the Division of Analytical Chemistry through the online form available at this link, attaching the copy of the scientific contribution submitted to the congress (abstract) in PDF format.

  • Chromatography and Electrophoresis Group of the Czech Chemical Society Travel Grant Winner

    The Travel Grant for symposia on separation sciences was awarded to Dr. Katerina Plachka from the Pharmaceutical Faculty of Charles University in Hradec Kralove. This award will cover registration fees, accommodation and transport, and living expenses.
